HP has added two applications to its customer communication management portfolio, HP Exstream. The applications offer design and interaction capabilities, and enable organizations to shift control of customer communications to business and marketing users.
Exstream Design & Production 9.0 is intended to help organizations retain and attract customers. HP Exstream Design & Production helps organizations to address electronic communication requirements and deliver on mobile device communication strategies. Benefits include multi-channel support and responsive design capabilities; updated user interface; and improved document creation capabilities that enable the production of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 level AA-compliant, PDF-based communications for visually impaired consumers.
Exstream Empower Editor enables Exstream users to create interactions between consumers and staff. Exstream Empower Editor benefits include reduced costs; personalized communications interfacing; operation in a standard web browser; and automatic population of communications with approved content.
