Iconica Business Services Limited, owned jointly by Congregational & General Insurance plc and Integra Insurance Solutions, has selected Sapiens IDIT Insurance suite as its new core insurance platform.
Iconica, which serves as underwriter for church lines of business and an MGA for household insurance, made the change following the realization its legacy systems no longer met its business needs.
"After we evaluated our options, selecting Sapiens was a fairly easy decision for us. We felt the IDIT Suite was not only a good technological and functional fit, but also promised the lowest risk and best value," said Matt Wood, head of business operations at Iconica, in a statement. Benefits from the switch to Sapiens IDIT suite include; increased automation and quicker and more efficient utilization of underwriting, claim and finance resources, according to the company. IDIT reportedly offers a high degree of flexibility and functionality and can be used on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
