IDP says the app offers front office solutions, including Agent Portal, which provides real-time quoting and a host of agent functions, and Insured Portal, which gives insureds 24/7 self-service access. Also featured are websites for insurance companies and agents, which can incorporate every interactive process an insurance company needs for its business, and internet marketing and technology solutions—according to a press statement, "a host of affordable, powerful and easy-to-use solutions."
