Content management and workflow technology provider ImageRight, and ReadSoft, a Metairie, La., developer of global document automation solutions, have announced a partnership designed to help insurers reduce paper-based process issues.

ReadSoft specializes in document process automation, which lowers costs, speeds up document processing and gives insurance organizations better control of incoming documents. In addition to integrating with ImageRight's industry-leading content management and workflow solution, ReadSoft DOCUMENTS works with many ERP and database management solutions in order to capture information from any document, understand and interpret it, manage and track document flow, integrate with downstream business systems and handle electronic document interchange.

"Partnerships are an important part of any successful business in the insurance industry today," says Bob Helvey, channel manager for ImageRight, Conyers, Ga. "Insurance companies in particular want to work with technology vendors who know the value of a good working relationship and integration, that's why we are so pleased to announce this new relationship with ReadSoft."

In addition to ImageRight's imaging, content management and workflow capabilities, the company includes business process intelligence features such as a data warehouse for reporting through its Business Process Reporting module, Business Activity Monitoring, and a real-time monitor of key performance indicators, which enables insurance executives to proactively identify and resolve problems.

ImageRight works cooperatively with other industry-leading technology providers, such as ReadSoft, to develop pre-built interfaces that help make critical systems truly work together. The ImageRight-ReadSoft partnership enhances the capabilities of both companies and will enable improved service for new and existing customers alike, the company says.
