InEdge, provider of insurance analytics technology, has announced that its new Underwriting Performance Analytics application now is available.
The application uses basic data transactions from insurers’ source systems and enables underwriting managers and executives to monitor and fine-tune the performance of underwriting teams, the company said. Underwriting Performance Analytics joins the InEdge suite of analytics applications already serving P&C insurers of all sizes, the company said, and presents metrics for analysis via visual dashboards and reports.

The software helps leverage insurers’ data asset by transforming transactions into dashboards that focus on: sales, productivity, employee performance and quality of service, which have been determined to span the range of underwriting operations team responsibilities and managerial objectives, InEdge said.
