Insurity Inc., a provider of core insurance processing software and services, has launched its new standards-based Forms Authoring Tool to expand the capabilities and benefits of Insurity's App Factory Configurator. The tool is delivered in the cloud and is available immediately for new Insurity proprietary lines implementations. It will be made available this year for all Insurity Policy Decisions clients.
The Forms Authoring Tool is designed to provide more capability, flexibility and customer control for insurers using Insurance Decisions Suite, says Insurity. With 51 insurers currently in production with Policy Decisions, the addition of the Forms Authoring Tool gives Policy Decisions users additional forms capabilities as well as the opportunity to manage their forms environment. Based on Microsoft Word, insurers can become proficient quickly with the Forms Authoring Tool without the need for extensive training or support.
According to Insurity, the Forms Authoring Tool is built to deliver forms creation and maintenance to Insurity Policy Decisions customers; offers the ability to test fill-in of forms immediately after creation; ensures delivery within the Insurity application update service, based on client-defined schedules; supports integration with Insurity and client-developed content without requiring manual synchronization; and supports advanced printing options, including bar coding, color, image overlays, multiple trays, watermarks and PDF document delivery.
