KCIC says the product is being developed in-house, using expert professionals in claims administration and technology. This allows KCIC to help clients manage their claims from the time of filing, through resolution, payment and billing to insurance coverage.
The latest system updates, says KCIC, include additional litigation management functionality that integrates with the claims administration platform; automated electronic noticing and tendering of claims to insurers; increased functionality for electronic billing of defense costs; and improved online, real-time reporting.
KCIC adds that these updates are designed to minimize, or completely avoid, the need for additional training or system downtime. All new clients will have the updates from the beginning of service.
