Keenan & Associates, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm in California, has launched a technology-based resource for its property and casualty insurance clients called P&C Bridge. An example of Keenan’s commitment to utilizing technology to deliver tangible business benefits for its clients, P&C Bridge is designed to provide a robust, customizable, online portal with a wide range of useful tools and information to help public entities and their employees manage, monitor and learn about their specific Keenan programs. The technology provides a wide array of information and data, management tools, links to related services, and timely alerts.
The entry page of the P&C Bridge portal features a visual “dashboard” showing simple graphs of key data such as the average claim cost per year, locations with largest losses, reporting delay and litigation, to provide access to important information at a glance. The page also displays timely news items, alerts, a topical column by a senior Keenan manager and quick links to priority areas of the portal as well as third-party resource sites.
