Klein Insurance, The Hanover to Help 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' Family

Madison, Wis. — Klein Insurance Group of Madison, Wis., and The Hanover Insurance Group will work together to offer insurance advice and one-year of homeowners insurance coverage to the Anders-Beatty family of Richland Center, Wis., which recently received the thrilling news that it will be granted a home makeover by "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition."

"At Klein Insurance we are dedicated to helping the communities where we live and work and, in line with that mission, we are proud to be able to help the Anders-Beatty family assess and address their insurance needs," says Rick Hagen, VP of operations at Klein Insurance Group. "Once the makeover is completed, the home will need to be insured for a different value than in the past and we look forward to helping the Anders-Beatty family protect their new assets through the right homeowners insurance."

Klein Insurance Group prides itself on being an active member of the community, helping to make the Madison area an even better place to live and work, according to The Hanover, Worcester, Mass. With that in mind, the company and its employees are involved with several different community projects including the United Way of Dane County, local food pantries, Madison's Adopt-A-Highway, various charities and local scholarships.

The Anders-Beatty Family includes Rochelle Anders and her four children, Tess, Reid, Drew and Tyler, who range from ages 12 to 20. When their father suddenly died from a heart attack, Rochelle tried to repair their dilapidated home. Despite her attempts, the roof is peeling apart, the wood siding and ceilings are crumbling, and squirrels, birds and mice are nesting in the walls.

An insurance provider for individuals, families and businesses, The Hanover and its employees have a long, proud history of giving back to the communities in which the company does business, according to the company. When "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" made plans to help a family in Richland Center, it was an easy choice to partner with Klein Insurance Group, which is known for its strong community involvement.

"We are very excited to partner with Klein Insurance Group in Madison and contribute to Extreme Makeover: Home Edition's incredible gift to this family," says Jim Hyatt, personal lines president at The Hanover. "It is our hope that our offer of a contribution to ensure they receive a homeowners insurance policy that meets their needs, brings peace of mind to this family, helping them to go through this wonderful experience knowing that they will not have to worry about insuring their new home for the next
year."
