Lincoln Financial Group, a financial services company, will implement Andesa Services Inc.’s Participant and Policy Owner Portal System (POPS) to support its executive benefits division. Lincoln has been an Andesa client since 1994, subscribing to Andesa’s integrated sales support and policy administration services.

Andesa says its latest suite of services will enable Lincoln to provide streamlined transaction capabilities, including internet-based enrollment, automated new business submission and provisions for users to manage policies in a self-service model.

POPS eventually will be fully integrated with existing Lincoln technology platforms and available for distributors, plan sponsors and plan participants. Furthermore, according to Andesa, the new system eliminates redundant data entry and increases efficiency in reporting capabilities.
