Global insurer M Financial Group and Infosys McCamish Systems LLC have announced a 10 year extension of their BPO contract through 2025.
The deal continues an existing 15 year relationship between the two companies, in which Infosys has managed the customer care center, policy administration and claims processing services for M Financial’s Magnastar multi-carrier life insurance product, available to M Member Firms.

Byrne, SVP and chief product and technology officer, in a press release. “We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with Infosys McCamish, to the growth of the Magnastar offering, and to new opportunities that lie ahead."
This contract extension is the third since M Financial and Infosys began business in 2000.
