Springfield, Mass. —
Grose will be responsible for leading and managing the south central region of MassMutual’s life insurance underwriting operations, including life underwriting policies and procedures, and individual risk assessment and selection. She will report to Shelby Hollister, VP and chief life underwriter in the U.S. Insurance Group.

Grose has more than 15 years in the life underwriting business. She joins MassMutual from Nationwide Financial, where she held numerous life underwriting management positions, including managing the private sector pension operations and life underwriting departments.
