Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. has launched its FieldNet Version 3.0 Web platform to accelerate communication and workflow among the company's 4,100 career agents. Culminating more than 18 months of system analysis and design, FieldNet Version 3.0 repositions access to company data along business lines and reduces the time it takes to create a complete life insurance application by at least a third, according to the Springfield, Mass.-based insurance company. The site is organized into two categories "Doing Business" and "Reference and Learning."
