MetLife Reshapes Retail Distribution Organization

MetLife Inc. says its Individual Distribution organization has been renamed the “MetLife Premier Client Group.” The company is launching an integrated marketing campaign under the banner “The MetLife Perspective” to introduce the name and the organization’s approach to doing business.

MetLife says the Premier Client Group’s foundation is its workforce of financial professionals who are being given the tools, guidance and support they need to succeed. Through the company’s new Client Engagement Model, MetLife is providing a standardized consultative framework that includes skill development, coaching and a process-driven approach, enabling its financial professionals to better identify client needs and to deliver the right products and services.

MetLife adds that the group is ensuring more effective access to resources through a new Regional Organization Model that will enable its financial professionals to work together in teams. This model will provide clients with wealth and risk management solutions that meet their individual needs, the insurer said.
