Military insurer Armed Forces Benefit Association announced it will implement FINEOS Corporation's claims management system to manage its entire process from the initial notification to customer claim payment.
“We looked at a number of solution options in order to deliver the best outcome for our members and customers and in the end we felt FINEOS provided the best fit for us in terms of the capabilities it offered around managing claims,” said Claudia Gabriel, senior vice president of operations at AFBA , in a press release. “Overall, we see the solution adding tremendous benefit to our enterprise”.
FINEOS Claims will supply AFBA and its enterprise 5Star Life Insurance Company with a much improved customer management experience through better communication, automation and proactive claim management, according to the companies. The system will also improve AFBA’s product flexibility, payment accuracy and overall auditability.
