Millers Mutual Selects Duck Creek Policy and Billing Software

Millers Mutual Group, a commercial P&C insurer, has selected Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Billing software to streamline operational transactions and create a simplified user experience. Both are products from Accenture, a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company.

Accenture said it will upgrade Millers Mutual’s core policy administration and billing systems as part of its continued technology modernization initiative. Millers Mutual currently uses Duck Creek Rating and Duck Creek Templates to create and price products, and for its agent internet portal. The implementation of Duck Creek Policy and Billing will enable the insurer to take advantage of current infrastructure to operate efficiently and improve customer services.

Accenture added that its policy, claims and billing software offers carriers an integrated suite of software with modules that can be implemented individually or as part of a broader migration strategy. The Duck Creek Suite of software helps insurers configure products, transact lines of business and process claims.
