NexJ Systems Enhances Enterprise CRM Solution

NexJ Systems Inc., a provider of enterprise CRM solutions, announced the release of NexJ Contact for Finance 3.1. This version introduces several features including a New Account Opening Wizard, Meeting Briefing Books and Team Schedules as well as enhancements to existing capabilities.

"NexJ is committed to being at the forefront of innovation within the enterprise CRM market," says Paul DeVriendt, SVP, Products, NexJ Systems. "The latest version of NexJ Contact for Finance is further evidence that we not only listen to the market and our customers, but that we strive to exceed the expectations of what enterprise Financial Services CRM is meant to offer."

The latest features, according to NexJ Systems, include:

•  New Account Opening Wizard — Simplifies the process of establishing a new account, saves time and reduces manual error, so financial advisers can focus on growing assets under management. It automatically populates new account forms with customer information and guides users through the process of capturing additional information where required. Forms packages are automatically generated for the customer, and advisors can immediately print, save and e-mail the package to customers. The New Account Opening Wizard drastically reduces the time required for account execution by automating the entire approval process from routing forms for review, to supporting a feedback loop to track, resolve and audit deficiencies.

•  Meeting Briefing Book — Speeds the time required for meeting preparation by allowing advisors to view meeting details and information about all attendees, such as pictures, profile, biographies and interaction history, in a single report. Advisers spend less time moving between customer profiles and their schedule to prepare for meetings, and are better informed in all aspects of their client engagements.

•  Team Schedules — Advisers can create a single schedule for all members of their team, saving them time when scheduling team activities such as the initiation or evaluation of marketing campaigns or when members of the team are on road trips and need support.
