Nexxus Solutions Group, a contractor and service provider network serving P&C carriers, has licensed and is now using Vendor Solutions Suite, a vendor relationship management software from CSC. Nexxus will rely on Vendor Solutions Suite to oversee the claim-management process and monitor vendor performance as the company partners with emergency repair, general repair, water mitigation, construction and remodeling businesses on behalf of clients.
CSC says the suite provides end-to-end support by connecting insurers to vendors through a consistent, Web-based platform. Nexxus will use the suite to update vendor information, rate and identify vendors based on performance, monitor vendor credentials, and enhance communication between parties. Vendor Solutions can be implemented at a client site, hosted by CSC or deployed as a Software as a Service.
Vendor Solutions automates the entire vendor relationship management process, says CSC, by managing vendor assignments, controlling vendor relationships, reducing service cost, improving workflow efficiency, increasing compliance communication and governance to promote best practices, and tracking the quality and performance of vendors.
