Virginia-based Northern Neck Insurance Co., a P&C carrier, has selected SurePower Innovation, the cloud-based insurance enterprise suite from ISCS. The legacy replacement project will be delivered via SurePackage, a managed software-as-a-service deployment option, to maximize cost efficiency and business continuity, ISCS said.
“SurePower Innovation’s modern features and functionality were the main reasons we decided to move to this system,” said Pam Walker, VP of IT for Northern Neck. “Our goal is to help Virginians protect and preserve the things they value most. The fact that the system is a true customer-centric system was a real plus. SurePower Innovation will allow us to automate services and conveniences that are built around the customer, such as mobile access to improve their online experience.”
By selecting a single-vendor suite instead of best-of-breed solutions, Northern Neck benefits from pre-integrated core processes and a central data repository, ISCS said, as well as reduced maintenance, fewer integration points and shorter training times.
