Using NxTech's Transformation Station and TransactNOW systems, Millers Mutual's agents can now inquire on specific policy, billing, claims and loss run information directly from their agency management system in real time. This capability is intended to streamline workflow for Millers Mutual and its agency partners.
Using their ConneXt software suite and customized development services, NxTech says it provided the infrastructure and translation services, allowing Millers Mutual agents ready access to these new options for improved workflow and ease of doing business.
