Ohio National Financial Services has chosen to implement FireLight, an e-application business fulfillment solution from Insurance Technologies LLC, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. FireLight is designed to allow Ohio National to provide its distribution channels a way to submit new, complete and “in good order” applications to corporate headquarters.
According to Insurance Technologies, Ohio National was looking for ease of deployment, tablet support, speed to market, and line of business flexibility. The insurer is hoping that FireLight provides mobile accessibility that coincides with it’s mobile business strategies, effective business transaction and issuance processing.
The administrative access within the FireLight platform is designed to enable Ohio National to use internal resources to create, add or update its products, according to Insurance Technologies, which added that Ohio National should be able to expand the electronic application process for any line of business on a single platform across all distribution channels.
