The company launched a new easy-to-use Web site (www.olympusfl.com), added new policy offerings, and hired two new regional managers in Northeast and Southwest Florida to better serve its customers.
The new Olympus Insurance Web site offers visitors new options, such as rate quotes using a simple click and compare coverage by using the agent locater to speak with a representative in their area. The agent locator makes it easy for new and current customers to get in touch with an agent that specializes in Florida homes quickly. The user-friendly Web site is designed to make the entire process of buying home insurance easier for Floridians.
In addition to a retooled Web site, Olympus introduced a new comprehensive dwelling fire product. The policy is designed to provide coverage for single-family residential rental, investment, secondary and seasonal properties owned by individuals or other entities. It also covers vacant properties, personal property and short term rental coverage. Also rolling out is a comprehensive flood policy. Premium discounts are available for bundled policies, senior/retirees and secured communities.

The company reports adding two additional territory managers to oversee Northeast and Southwest Florida . Crystal McInnis has joined Olympus as the regional manager for Northeast Florida and Janice McCann has joined Olympus as the regional manager for Southwest Florida . Both will take the lead on agency relations, production and customer relations in their respective areas. McInnis and McCann join Olympus after long careers in insurance, specializing in underwriting, marketing and claims.
