Oracle Insurance Enhances Versions of Flagship Products

Oracle released Oracle Insurance Insight 7.0, an insurance-specific data warehouse and business intelligence solution created to offer faster, easier access to the information needed to make critical business decisions. Insight 7.0 introduces the concept of “adaptive data modeling,” which enables business users to configure lines of business via an easy-to-use warehouse palette tool, and then automatically creates data warehouse elements, speeding up time-to-value for BI initiatives, according to Oracle.

Oracle says Insight 7.0 provides insurance-specific, out-of-the-box data models that companies can configure to meet their specific BI needs; aggregates policy and claims data to give P&C or general insurers a single view of the enterprise, and includes prebuilt content and interfaces for six P&C lines. Additionally, insurers can use the warehouse palette to deploy P&C lines of business from scratch, helping insurers support operations in any country, as the newest version provides support for multiple languages and currencies, says Oracle.

Documaker

Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition was designed to deliver more competitive communications, when and how customers and other stakeholders want it. Documaker features a redesigned, web-based iDocumaker that enables any user with an Internet connection to create and assemble compliant communications, says Oracle.

The Document Factory in Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition was created to enable business users to leverage a single administration point to assemble and publish consistent content across multiple channels including print, email, web, and short message service messaging; help organizations reduce cost and improve efficiency through better management of enterprise publishing operations; and offer to users dashboards, analytics, reporting and an administrative console to improve visibility and control.

Documaker features Word Add-In, iDocumaker and Documaker Studio, and includes multi-language support, says Oracle.
