Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho has officially deployed Guidewire Software, Inc.’s PolicyCenter, Client Data Management and Reinsurance Management services.
In a separate project, FBM Idaho also installed Guidewire Claim Portal for Policyholders, the company announced. The move follows FBM Idaho’s deployment of Guidewire ClaimCenter in 2010.
“The deployment of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Claim Portal for Policyholders represents a significant milestone in our company’s long-term business transformation initiative, and feedback from our agents and policyholders has been positive,” said Adam Waldron, director of information systems at FBM Idaho, in a statement. “We look forward to enjoying the benefits of our new system infrastructure for years to come.”
The adoption of Guidewire's software is said to help FBM Idaho fully modernize its system infrastructure, provide an improved customer service experience with real-time online processing and better support its agents. FBM Idaho has initially rolled out PolicyCenter and BillingCenter on its business owner policy line, but plans to implement the software across its remaining business lines in 2017.
