P&V Group has extended its selection of Guidewire Software, Inc. products to include the vendor's policy and billing platforms.
The insurer will also adopt Guidewire's client data management system as part of the agreement, along with its quote and buy portal to enhance the digital experience of agents and customers. P&V's expansion comes three months after it first announced plans to implement Guidewire's ClaimCenter in October.
"Choosing Guidewire for our policy administration and billing systems was a logical decision," said Isabelle Coune, head of non-life and claims at P&V Group, in a press release. "We expect that extending this software package will support a deep transformation of our end-to-end non-life operations and a rejuvenated customer experience."
Guidewire's intergrated IT platform will allow P&V to optimize costs, decrease time to market and improve the quality and responsiveness of its customer service, according to the companies. The products will be used across all lines of business and applied to all distribution channels.
