PCMI Corp. is offering a Policy Claim and Reporting Solution (PCRS) designed to improve the administration of consumer warranty products. The platform is the first to support multiple sectors internationally in either a browser or tablet.
PCMI says PCRS’ modular-build flexibility is designed to improve sales, claims administration and reporting. PCRS also enables insurers and TPAs to add its specialized warranty sales, claims processing and reporting functionality at minimal upgrade costs to existing platforms. This modularity enables users to consolidate other systems’ reporting into readable graphic reports through PCMI, to help them identify marketing and sales strengths and opportunities.
