Protective Life Insurance Co., an insurance and investment product company, has chosen iGO Drop Ticket, a solution from iPipeline, which says the software is designed to enable brokerage distribution customers and financial institutions to quote insurance products and submit a “ticket,” or rules-based short form, for completion by call center support staff.
The use of iGO Drop Ticket highlights an industry initiative to simplify and accelerate how agents and financial professionals market, sell and process insurance products via technology, according to iPipeline.
