PURE Insurance Releases Self-Serve Member Portal

Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE), a policyholder-owned P&C insurer catering to high-net-worth individuals and families, has released the PURE Member Portal.

The PURE Member Portal is a secure online platform offering members self-serve access to claims, billing and policy information at any time. In addition to features like online bill pay, billing inquiry and claim reporting, the portal includes benefits such as consolidated account access and auto ID cards.

Claim Tracker is a portal feature that creates visibility into a claim with contact information for the assigned adjuster and PURE Member Advocate, along with the ability to message either – or upload a file – at any time. Claim Tracker offers 24/7 access to adjuster notes and status updates on claims-related activities; and contact information for contractors and other service providers involved. A detailed log of payments made for the claim is available, and the portal is mobile friendly as well.

PURE aims for members to stay connected and informed at all times, said the company. More people are seeking information and real-time updates from their smartphones and computers. The PURE Member Portal can supplement the personal service offered by PURE’s Member Services Associates and independent brokers.
