“QuickFill is all about improving the customer and agent experience,” said John Cantwell, assistant VP at ISO. “When customers get faster, more accurate rate quotes, they are more likely to buy a new policy and keep it. QuickFill also improves policy accuracy by helping to identify drivers in the household that should be listed on the policy.”
Quickfill uses 34 of ISO’s auto and property databases, and is designed to provide information on prior claims and coverage, registered vehicles, location-specific property characteristics, estimated replacement-cost evaluations, hazard data and drivers in the household.
