RSA will continue its relationship with Accenture, extending its current contract with the software provider for business process outsourcing (BPO) services through 2021.
Under the new deal, Accenture will provide the UK insurer with back-office administration and customer support services for its sales, claims and finance operations as well as aid in identifying further opportunities for automation. The insurer was already partnering with Accenture to receive development, implementation and maintenance services for its IT systems in the UK and Ireland.

They offer both flexibility and a unique understanding of our business and the conditions we face in the market,” said Darren Mackenzie, RSA’s UK chief operating officer. “The contract extension reflects Accenture’s role as a valued business partner to RSA and its proven track record in delivering significant cost reductions and enhancing our operations as we aspire to achieve best-in-class performance.”
