Royal and Sun Alliance has officially gone live with Sapiens Reinsurance as its modernized IT platform, the company announced today.
RSA will give large control of its reinsurance business to the global software provider after replacing several of its legacy IT systems in preparation for the move. Sapiens’ technology will reportedly provide RSA with a single repository for all information as well as automation of its business process management services.
The insurer has roughly 18,000 employees with operations in the UK, Ireland, Scandanavia and Canda.
Other Sapiens clients include Aviva, Unum and West Bend.
