SeaPass Releases iCRM for Insurance Portal 3.0

SeaPass Solutions Inc., an independent provider of Web-based insurance distribution solutions to the P&C insurance industry, has released iCRM for Insurance Portal 3.0, the next generation of SeaPass’ portal software created for P&C insurance carriers for quoting, submission, policy change, billing and claims inquiry.

SeaPass says the iCRM adds a CRM capability to Insurance Portal 3.0, enabling carriers to build closer relationships with agents, brokers and end consumers. Integrated insurance CRM with Insurance Portal 3.0 is intended to support real-time insurance transactions, foster active collaboration and improve service to a carrier’s distribution partners. Additionally, iCRM also offers a new paradigm for user interaction that combines advanced personalization, rich user interaction and insurance analytics. It further reduces cycle time for quoting, improves communications between the agent and the underwriter, and enhances ease of use for customers (agents, consumers) doing business with carriers, the company adds.

Insurance Noodle, a unit of Willis North America, is in production with the SeaPass Hub to enable Insurance Noodle agents and sub-agents to quote and submit business online for BOP, workers’ compensation, umbrella, commercial auto, and excess and surplus lines of business with numerous leading insurance carriers, SeaPass says.

Insurance Noodle provides Web-based processing of small commercial accounts to retail insurance agents through its carrier partners. The partnership with Insurance Noodle is intended to provide agents and sub-agents with fully automated online access to the widest selection of small business commercial lines markets and carriers in the United States, the company says.
