Southern Trust, a commercial lines carrier, has selected Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Billing, two Accenture products. Accenture is a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company.
Accenture’s Duck Creek Suite of software is designed to help insurers of all sizes configure products, transact lines of business and process claims, the company said. Duck Creek Commercial Lines Templates are a pre-configured insurance product deployment tool for Insurance Services Office-based commercial lines and National Council on Compensation Insurance-based workers’ compensation products.
Southern Trust is focusing on core commercial lines business. Duck Creek software helps agents improve customer service and pursue potential sales opportunities by offering real-time policy and billing information. Southern Trust also benefits from Duck Creek Templates’ active maintenance with changes and updates.
