C&S Specialty Underwriters believes customer communications management is important to drive business agility. The technology boosts the carrier’s ability to bring new products to market quickly. The GhostDraft integration with Maximum Processing’s Stingray system, which is used to manage policy, billing, claims and reinsurance administration capabilities, made implementation easy, said C&S. The company can fit documents to its business model with standardization, customization and compliance.
The GhostDraft integration with Stingray offers C&S the ability to generate documents and enables business users to create, control and manage their documents. In addition to printing and mailing documents, C&S now has the ability to create and send e-mail communications to customers.
