StoneRiver Introduces Version 7.5 of LifeSuite

StoneRiver Inc., a multi-line insurance technology company, has introduced version 7.5 of LifeSuite, its web-based, new business and automated underwriting system.

The new version of LifeSuite demonstrates StoneRiver's commitment to providing a feature-rich, functional automated underwriting system. Version 7.5 is certified for SQL 2012, MS .Net 5.0, and has application data esntry that is improved for fully reflexive questions.

New capabilities include configurable case assignment functionality; additional lab vendor interfaces; enhanced support for MVR and prescription history providers; automatic case decisioning and export to policy administration systems; and integration to StoneRiver's LifeApply e-Application.

"StoneRiver's expanded functionality in LifeSuite shows the vendor's commitment to improving an insurer's ability to automate the underwriting function," said Karen Monks, senior analyst with Celent's Insurance Group. "LifeSuite already had a high level of functionality to meet the underwriting needs of an insurer; the new system expands this base particularly in the third-party data support and case management."
