The Andover Companies, a P&C insurer offering personal and commercial lines, has selected the software-as-a-service version of ISCS' SurePower Innovation policy administration suite.
"We launched a comprehensive search for new software that would build upon our outstanding relations with our independent agents," said Stephen E. Randall, vice president for The Andover Companies. "What we found with ISCS was not only an outstanding enterprise suite that was completely pre-integrated, but a cultural fit that dovetailed neatly with our service philosophies."
SurePower allows carriers to automate core systems like policy, billing and claims, but reinsurance, business intelligence, insurance accounting, payables, document management, producer/commission management and agent/consumer portals. It also features mobile interfacing, according to ISCS.
