The Hanover has named Willard Lee EVP, chief information and innovation officer, effective immediately. Lee replaes Mark Berthiaume, who has retired.

Lee last was SVP and deputy CIO, a position he took on in 2020. Before that, he was COO of specialty lines. Lee joined the company in 2003 working in the commercial lines IT department and has managed innovation efforts and integrated acquisitions among other accomplishments in his time with the company.

"He brings to this role his strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of our industry and our company. We thank Mark for his tremendous contributions over the years."
