Laubacker will co-lead the sales organization with eastern regional vice president Ron Hermann as The Hardford launches an aggressive campaign to expand from working with banks and wirehouses to independent agents, according to a release. With more than 200 account executives, the company claims to offer the largest assisted force to serve advisers and brokers.
