* Front Office components enable VIC to manage the customer relationship, support all distribution channels and includes call center, customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation technologies.
* Core Insurance components support industry-specific functionality such as rating, underwriting, policy administration and claims management. VIC supports product lines for both personal and commercial property/casualty carriers.
* Back Office components support the financial and human resources processes and statutory reporting.
* Application Hosting provides application and infrastructure support to manage the technology environment, and provide operational support for key components.
* Process Improvement provides a redesign of internal business processes to capitalize on the efficiencies of the VIC technology.
