United Fire Group announced it will use iPartners’ Insurance Scorecard Business Intelligence solution to consolidate its multiple data sources for meaningful and actionable analysis, translating to greater insight and improved decision making.
Key in United Fire Group’s decision was the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model, which will enable a quick implementation and anticipated production use of the system no later than the second quarter of 2013, according to iPartners.
“Like most insurers, we had a lot of data, but having the data easily accessible and of use for good decision making was a challenge,” said Colleen Sova, VP, director of eSolutions with United Fire Group. “We explored a number of options, including taking the data and analytics project in house, but at the end of the day we decided to turn to the experts at iPartners. The iPartners team specializes in P&C data and analysis, they understand our needs, and they offer us sound advice.”
