Agencies use ImageNow to send documents electronically, reducing the number of hard copies WSTIP receives. Documents are scanned into ImageNow and labeled by event, document type and unique identification number. Multi-page e-mail attachments are created with a single click and sent to WSTIP. ImageNow Mail Agent captures these incoming e-mails and imports them directly into ImageNow for immediate processing.
