Two branches of Xchanging Group are working together, as Xchanging Claims Services (XCS) has selected Xuber, the insurance software company of Xchanging Plc., to support its delivery of claims software. XCS plans to use the platform for the processing and management of claims and analytical services as it targets local and global markets.
Xuber Claims is claims management software fitted with an embedded workflow designed to automate and measure stages of the business process, according to the company, in an attempt to meet the needs of clients through configurability, flexibility and openness of its offering.
The new Volume Claims Service will be implemented starting in January 2014, and allows insurers to appoint XCS to handle low-complexity standard claims on a case-by-case basis.
