Zurich Insurance Group has expanded its use of Accenture Duck Creek Policy for general insurance business in the United Kingdom.
The Duck Creek Policy system will enable Zurich to develop, deploy and process insurance products and improve customer service across multiple lines of business. The platform is intended to help Zurich streamline processes, define workflows and offer flexibility in managing products. This will help improve the overall efficiency of the operating model and sales distribution channels.
Accenture Duck Creek Policy software supports the policy life cycle process from point of sale through to renewal. The suite includes Duck Creek Billing, Claims and Policy solutions. It is designed to help P&C insurers improve customer service and lower costs by enabling them to configure products, transact lines of business and process claims.
