Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., Switzerland has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims platform for all lines of business. The Implementation will be supported by EY, a Guidewire PartnerConnect member in collaboration with Guidewire.

Zurich Switzerland wanted a claims system that could enable multi-channel customer interaction, Guidewire said, as well as improve workflow and increase efficiency. ClaimCenter is intended to enable Zurich Switzerland to strengthen customer engagement, support omni-channel customer communications and self-service offerings, and increase the speed of customer interaction for all lines of business.

“We are confident that Guidewire ClaimCenter is the right platform to support us in delivering next generation claims handling service to our customers,” said Max Schönholzer, chief claims officer, Zurich Switzerland. “While increasing customer engagement, it will also empower our staff to be effective in their roles.”
