Based in Montreal, GIA participant Fluttrbox offers an on-demand aerial imaging and mapping application that provides detailed property assessments via aerial drone images.
Telematic
From Madison, Wisc., Telematic is a connected car app that offers auto insurance companies turnkey usage-based insurance capabilities.
Serious Social Media
This GIA participant, from Orange, Calif. offers automated social media marketing software for insurance agents.
Smart Drivinc
From St. Louis, Smart Drivinc makes technology to reduce distracted driving and prevent crashes with an app that disables drivers cell phones, but not passengers, while driving.
WeSavvy
The final GIA participant, WeSavvy hails from Dublin, Ireland, and rewards health insurance customers with cash off their insurance premium based on physical activity.
Human Condition Safety
Outside the accelerator, AIG recently announced it had invested in Human Condition Safety, a company using wearable tech to reduce workplace accidents
CoPromote
And AXA's venture capital arm announced investments in four new startups late last year. CoPromote is one of them; an influencer marketing platform with more than 800,000 content creators reaching more than 1.6 billion people a month.
PriceMethod
Also part of AXA's portfolio is PriceMethod, a predictive analytics company that provides technology to enable accommodations marketplaces and property owners to operate more efficiently through optimized, automated and now guaranteed pricing.
GoldBean
Finally, AXA has invested in GoldBean, which analyzes members spending patterns to create customized investment portfolios.
