A research survey from Digital Insurance, "AI Readiness Survey 2025," examined many factors related to artificial intelligence and its risks.

When it comes to implementing AI, 43% of carriers and brokers are taking a measured approach to implementing AI into the processes and companies, although 4% were being more aggressive in their adoption efforts.
