21st Century Insurance and Financial Services Inc., an auto insurance provider, has relaunched its Web site in an attempt to make the site more user-friendly. The company says the revamped Web site is just one of many planned improvements.

"Busy consumers expect more today from life, insurance companies and technology," said Tony DeSantis, CEO of 21st Century Insurance. "This new site will help them get more by offering tools that efficiently inform them and help them make the right choices about car insurance. Our goal is to incorporate the convenience and ease-of-use consumers are used to from top online shopping sites into an online consumer experience for buying insurance."
