ACE Division ESIS Names New CIO

ESIS, a third-party administrator for claims and division of multiline P&C carrier ACE Group, has named Paul Holden chief information officer.

Holden is responsible for finalizing the development of ESIS’ new claim system. He also will work on enhancingESIS’ core technologies, including ESIS Global RiskAdvantage, the company’s risk management information system; and its as well as its data analytics and predictive modeling platform, ESIS Advanced Analytics in Action. He also will help develop ACE Worldview for ESIS, a web-based program management portal.

“Paul’s deep knowledge in the development of systems and technology strategies will help ESIS refine its technology infrastructure, operational support and information delivery to clients and brokers,” says Joe Vasquez, ESIS division president. “With his broad base of knowledge and a list of impressive achievements, I am confident that Paul will play a significant role in helping ESIS to enhance and expand technology solutions for our customers.”

According to his LinkedIn profile, Holden last worked at Solera, an insurance claims technology company, as CIO. Before that, he was at Ventiv Technology, which provides risk management software.
