In his new role, Chumbley will oversee all standards development and implementation activities at ACORD, while specializing in building strong connections between development and deployment of the standards.
Laker joined ACORD in 2005 as AVP for ACORD's London and reinsurance/large commercial markets. With the promotion, he will continue to coordinate and expand ACORD's activities in these markets while working with major-market players to promote international adoption and implementation of ACORD standards.
