ADM Crop Risk Launches Aeros Adjuster System

ADM Crop Risk Services (ADM CRS) has released the Aeros Adjuster system, designed to enable convenience and quick claims payout to farmers. ADM CRS says the software runs on ClaimTop, a tablet PC that includes GPS technology, a camera and a cellular data connection.

ADM CRS says that, with the Aeros Adjuster system, once the adjuster is finished filing the claim, it is available immediately for auditing and can be paid as soon as the insured producer digitally signs the final notice of loss acting in accordance with the Loss Adjustment Manual.

ADM CRS says it completed the first claim using the Aeros program and ClaimTop tablet PC in March, and the adjuster checked the field in the morning, with a check becoming available for the producer that afternoon.

In addition the Aeros system is virtually paperless, ADM CRS notes, adding that multiple copies of claims for sending to the ADM CRS office and agent are no longer printed. When the adjuster finishes the claim, all of the documents and claim information are available readily and electronically, reducing the amount of paper and ink involved in the more traditional claim process.
